Attire - We want you to keep the
integrity of your garments but we are not
responsible for any damage caused to your
clothes by the chemicals used in our salon,
therefore we emphasize the use of our gowns.
For Pedicure treatments we recommend you to
wear sandals.
Gratuities - Are always appreciated
by all, even the owner, but unfortunately we
do not add the to the credit card tab. Only
cash gratuities are accepted.
Booking Appointments - All
appointments for spa and salon services are
guaranteed with a credit card. For your
convenience we can keep your credit card
number on file.
Cancellation / Late Policy - We
require a minimum of 4 hours notice to
reschedule or cancel a single appointment.
Multi-service or multiple appointments and
all packages require a full 24hr notice to
cancel or change in any way. All
appointments are guaranteed with a credit
card. If you fail to call or show, your card
will be charged 100% of the service booked.
Should you be running late, we will hold
your appointment for 15 mins provided we
hear from you, an additional $10 late fee
will be applied to your bill. More than 15
min late and the service will be adapted to
time left and the full amount plus late fee
will be charged.
Cell Phone - We ask that you consider
others, staff and patrons, no cell phone use
during treatments and all beepers and cell
phones on vibrate at all times. (Leave it in
your locker switched off, …relax)
Check-in - Please arrive 15 mins
prior to appointment time, this will
accommodate some chit chatting, changing,
selecting a polish or oil, and updating your
information. You must check-in at the
reception area.
Children - Only sleeping babies in
buggies or portable seats are allowed in the
salon during naptime.
Computer Wireless Connection - ask at
the concierge desk.
Dogs - Are not permitted, sorry it’s
the law.
Gift Certificates - These are a
terrific way to surprise or introduce a
friend to our facility. We offer great
packages, special series and A la Carte
items. If you need someone to help you, just
speak with guest services.
Health issues and Allergies - Please
advise us on any concerns or allergies you
may have, when booking your appointment.
Waxing is not advisable on clients that are
using Retin A or Glycolic face products.
Additionally, arriving with too much sun on
skin will result services being rescheduled
and full payment remitted. We offer fabulous
treatments for all our pregnant clients and
will advise accordingly as you schedule your
appointment.
Payment - We accept all credit cards.
Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards.
Please ask for client account options
(subject to approval). Gift certificate #’s
must be provided when booking appointments.
Special Events - If you are having a
special event and would like to book multi
services for friends and family, please
apeak with guest services to maximize your
best options and obtain the best rates. We
provide accommodations for our patrons with
disabilities; please advise the receptionist
when scheduling your appointment of any
special needs you may have.
